Section 64: Fixed Travelling Allowance and conveyance Allowance

The fixed travelling al Iowa nee and the conveyance allowance shl!l l be drawn in the pay bill and not on the travelling allowance bill of the officer concerned. To every bill for the conveyance allowance, a certificate shall be attached that the conveyance was actually maintained in good order and used by the official concerned during the month under reference.

Loans and advances l ·O the employees.;_ The employees shall be l93 entitled for loans and advanees at par with the Government servants unless restrictions are imposed by t!he Government under the Act or rules made thereunder. The record for loans and advances shall be kept in Form FBA -24A.
