Section 13: Audit

The Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishards Employees Pension and Provident Fund Rules, 2000State Rules of Punjab · 1994

The audit of the Fund shall be conducted by the Gontrol.i.er from time to time.

14. Over-riding effecte-The provisions of these rules shall have over-riding effect not withstanding anything inconsistent thc-,rewith contained in any other rules governing the pay ment of pension and Provident Fund for the time being in force. ·
