Section 3: Constitution of Service

The Punjab Panchayat Secretaries (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2013State Rules of Punjab · 1994

The Government hereby constitutes the Punjab Panchayat Secretaries Service, consisting of the number of posts as specified in Appendix 'A'.

Provided that nothing in these rules shall affect the inherent right of the Government to add to or to reduce the number of such posts or to create new posts with different designations and scales of pay whether permanently or temporary.
