The Gram Panchayat when trying suits referred to in section 56 shall be deemed to be a civil court or revenue courts, as the case may be, unless relinquished in part, the suits shall include the whole of the claim and no subsequent suits shall lie before the Gram Panchayat or any other court for any claim or a part thereof relinquished or omitted:
