The Boaremay, with the previous approval of the State Govt., by general or special order in writing delegate to the Chairman or any other Member, officer or servant of the Board subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and duties under this Act as it may deem necessary fcir the efficient running of the day to day administration of the Board.
