Section 58

The Punjab Prisons and Correctional Services Act, 2026State Act of Punjab · Act 9 of 2026

(1) A sentence plan setting out the programme of treatment shall be prepared by the officer-in-charge, which shall help in the rehabilitation and social reintegration of the prisoner, as may be prescribed.

(2) The individual sentence plans shall be entered and updated in the record of the prisoner, from time to time.
