Section 28: Protection of action taken in good faith

The Punjab Prisons Development Board Rules, 2020.State Rules of Punjab · 2020

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be entertained in any court against the Board or against any officer/employee of the Board or against any person acting under the order or direction of the Board; or any officer/employee of the Board which is done or intended to be done, is in good faith, under the Act, or any rule or regulation made thereunder;

(2) No suit or prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or employee of the Board for any act done or purported to be done under the Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
