Section 1: Short title commencement and application

PRTC (Conditions of appointment and Service Regulation) 1981. Amended upto 11-08-2010State Rules of Punjab · 1950

(i) These regulations may be called the Pepsu Raod Transport Corporation (conditions of appointment and service Regulations)

1981.

(ii) They shall come into force on 16-1-1981.

(iii) They shall apply to all class III and IV employees of the Corporation other than those on deputation with the Corporation.
