Section 12: Reservation

Reservation in appointments to the Service for the members of Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes and Ex- servicemen shall be made as per policy of the Punjab Government, made in this regard from time to time.

PUNJAB GOVT GAZ. (EXTRA.), AUGUST 14, 2007 323 (SRVN 23, 1929 SAKA) %43. Retirement.- (1) The retirement of every employee of the Board shall, be the date, on which he attains the age of sixty years.

(2) In respect of matters of premature retirement, the members of the Service shall be governed by the provisions of the Punjab Civil Services (Premature Retirement Rules), Rules, 1975, as amended from time to time.”
