Section 16: Appointment of Committees

The Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995State Act of Punjab · Act 11 of 1995

Subject to any rules in this behalf, the Board may from time to time appoint one or more Committees for the purpose of securing efficient discharge of its functions.

CHAPTER III Establishment of the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority, Special Urban Planning and Development Authorities and New Towns Planning and Development Authorities.
