Section 54: Annual Report

The Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995State Act of Punjab · Act 11 of 1995

(1) The Authority shall prepare every year a report of its activities during that year, and submit that report to the State Government, in such form and on or before such date as may be prescribed.

(2) The State Government shall, as soon as may be, cause the report submitted by the Authority under sub-section (1) to be laid before the House of the State Legislature.
