Section 6: Circumstances under which nominated member shall vacate office

The Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995State Act of Punjab · Act 11 of 1995

If a member of the Board nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 -

(a) becomes subject to any disqualification referred to in Section 5; or

(b) absents himself, without permission of the Chairman, from three consecutive meetings of the Board, the State Government shall declare his office to be vacant.
