Section 66: Revision of Regional Plan

The Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995State Act of Punjab · Act 11 of 1995

If, after the Regional Plan has come into operation, the [State Government] is of the opinion that revision of such Regional Plan is necessary, Board may direct the designated planning agency concerned to undertake such a revision and thereupon the foregoing provisions of this Chapter, shall, so far as they can be made applicable, apply to the revision of the Regional Plan as these provisions apply in relation to the preparation, publication and approval of the Regional Plan :

Provided that no such direction shall be given unless a period of five years has elapsed since the coming into operation of the Regional Plan.
