Section 16

The Punjab Regulation of Crusher Units, and Stockists and Retailers Act, 2025.State Act of Punjab · Act 6 of 2025

(1) The District Mining Officer may terminate a Stockist and Retailer Licence in prescribed form in case of any proven violation of any of the provisions of this Act.

(2) No order of termination of a Stockist and Retailer Licence shall be passed without affording an opportunity of hearing.
