Section 4: The licensee shall observe dry days and shall not permit the consumption of liquor at his restaurant except at following hours

[(1) Between the 16th April and the 15th October., From 8 A.M. to 11 P.M.]

(2) Between the 16th October and the 15th April., From 11 A.M. to 9 P.M.

5. The Collector may order the temporary closure of restaurant for preservation of public peace and make any change in the above hours according to the conditions prevailing in the area concerned.

6. This license is not transferable and may be cancelled/suspended by the Collector concerned at any time without assigning any reason.

Note :- One copy of this license shall be given to the licensee and one copy shall be kept in the office of the Collector concerned.
