(1) A self-supporting co-operative society, which has raised Specal Aud funds from other individuals or institutions, shall be liable to a special audit, which may be ordered to be made by the Registrar on an application submitted by the creditor.

(3) The cost of the special audit shall be borne by the creditor .
Provided that where during special audit, serious irregularities ip, the management of funds of a self-supporting co-oper ative society o N fi nd the cost shall be borne by such society or the persors responsible for such irregularities.
Special audit 52. (1) The special audit made under section 51, shall contain the iA L 3 , repr following documents, namely :—
(a) the statement of payment, which is found not to be in order ;
(b) the’amount of deficit or loss, which is found to have been caused by negligence or misconduct of any person in the performance of his duties ;
(c) the amount of any sum received, wich ought to have been accounted for, but is not brought into ac unt by the person referred to in clause (b) ; and
(d) any other materia) impropriety or irregularity, which was required to be observed while making expenditure or recovery of money.

(4) The Registrar shall, within a period of sixty days from the date \ : . 3 ~ iN 1 3+ : :
of the completion ofthe inquiry as mentioned in sub-section (3), communicate the report of mquiry to the—-
(a) concerned self-supporting co-operative society :
(b) applicant, federal self-supporting co-operative society or office bearer ;
(¢c) the creditor;
(d) person authorised by the Directors; and fe) person authorised by the members.
(5) The inquiry officer conducting the inquiry under this section, shall, among other things, specifically state the amount of deficiency, or loss, which has been caused by negligence or misconduct of any person in the performance of his duties.
54. On communication of an inquiry report under sub-section (+4 ol section 53, to the concerned quarters, the Registrar may, where an inquiry report reveals mismanagement on the part of any or all ofthe officers i oftice bearers, without prejudice to any civil or criminal proceedings to which they may be liable, direct the Board to convene a general meeting w ho ” h une as he may deem appropriate to bring to the iofice of the gener i.
