The Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006State Act of Punjab · Act 17 of 2010
(1) There shall be an Arbitration Council which shall be constituted by the general body to adjudicate any dispute arising under this Act.
(2) The Arbitration Council shall consist of three me mbers. Out of these members, two members shall be appointed by the general body and one shail be appointed by the Registrar :
Provided that no person shall be appointed as a member of the Arbitration Council, who is holding the office of the Directo r.
(3) The Arbitration Council shall follow such procedure and exercise such powers for adjudication of disputes, as may be specified in the bye-laws.
