Section 11

The Punjab Settlement of Agricultural Indebtedness Act, 2016.State Act of Punjab · Act 15 of 2016

(1) On receipt of an application under section 9, the forum shall pass an order fixing a date and place for hearing the application.

(2) The Forum may pending its final decision on application, make such interlocutory order including the order for keeping the recovery of debt in abeyance, as it may deem necessary in the interest of justice.
