(1) Every creditor submitting in compliance of a notice issued under sub-section (1) of section 12, a statement of the debts owed to him, shall furnish, alongwith the statement, full particulars of all such debts, and debts. shall at the same time, produce all documents (including entries of books of account) on which he relies to support his claims, together with a copy of every such document.
(2) With a view to ascertain the originality and correctness of the documents produced under sub-section (1), the Forum shall make thorough Procedure on submission of statements of debts.
verification thereof and after ascertaining the same, it shall retain the copies of such documents and return the original to the creditor.
