(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Forum under section 14, may file an appeal before the Tribunal within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
However, no appeal shall lie against an order passed by the Forum on a review application in which the original order is not modified and the person aggrieved by the order of the Forum on a review application may file an appeal in the High Court on a question of law within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of such order.
(2) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Tribunal may file an appeal in the High Court on a question of law within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of the Tribunal.
22. In any proceedings under this Act, a party may appear in person or through any other person duly authorized in writing.
