The Punjab Settlement of Agricultural Indebtedness Act, 2016.State Act of Punjab · Act 15 of 2016

(1) The Punjab Relief of Indebtedness Act, 1934 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Act referred to in sub-section (1), anything done or any action taken under the said Act, shall be deemed to have done or taken under the provisions of this Act.
