Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act 1992State Act of Punjab · Act 2 of 1993

(1) The annual report of the Board shall be prepared by the Secretary and shall be submitted to the Board within such time, as may be prescribed.

(2) The Board shall consider the annual report in its annual meeting for approval thereof.

(3) The Board shall submit its approved annual report along with audited annual accounts and balance sheet to the Government within a period of thirty days of the meeting.

(4) The Government shall, soon after the submission of the annual report along with audited annual accounts and balance sheet of the Board under sub- section (3), cause the same to be laid before the State Legislative Assembly:

Provided that when the report and accounts are to be laid in the Budget Sessions, these shall be laid before the House on the first sitting of the Session:

Fund of the Board.

Preparation and submission of annual report.

Preparation and audit of annual accounts.

Provided further that the said report shall be laid before the State legislative Assembly before the close of the financial year following the year to which the report relates.
