(1) Every member, officer and employee of the Board shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act 45 of 1860).
(2) Every person entrusted with the duties of supervision or doing invigilation work at any centre where examination is conducted by the Board, shall during the period of such examination as well as for a period of one month prior to the date of commencement of and two months after the closing of such examinations, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act 45 of 1860).
35. No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Board or its authorities, or any employee or officer of the Board for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
