The Punjab State Farmers and Farm Workers Commission Act, 2017State Act of Punjab · Act 28 of 2017

(1) The Non-official members of the Commission shall hold office for such period, as may be specified by the Government, but not exceeding five years.

(2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, Non-official member, except one who is removed under sub-section (2) of section 6 shall be eligible for renomination only once,
