Section 22: Power to relax

Punjab state warehousing Corporation staff condition of service group A and B,2002State Regulations of Punjab · 1969

Where the appointing authority is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relaxe any of the provisions of these regulations with respect to any class or category of persons. .

Provided that the provisions relating to educational qualifications and experience if any, shall not be relaxed.
