“16. Power to regulate and monitor the treatment charges and prices of the drugs dispensed in the De-addiction Centres, and Centres with Outpatient facilities. - The State Government may regulate and monitor the treatment charges and prices of the drugs dispensed in the De-addiction Centres and Outpatient facilities for providing the necessary treatment and may segregate prescription and dispensing units in larger public interest if required. State Government shall issue relevant guidelines as per the revisions in its policy.”
Section 5: In the said rules, after rule 15, the following rule shall be inserted, namely
