Section 87: Costs.

The Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887.Central Act · Act 16 of 1887

(1) A Revenue-officer may give and apportion the costs of any proceeding under this Act in any manner he thinks fit ;

(2) But if he orders that the costs of any such proceeding shall not follow the event, he shall record his reasons for the order.
