Section 102: General power of trust to pay compensation

In any case not otherwise expressly provided for in this Act, the trust may pay reasonable compensation to any person who sustains damage by reason of the exercise of any of the powers vested under this Act in the trust or the chairman or any officer or servant of the trust.
