Section 37: Transmission to trust of representation by committee as to improvement scheme

Punjab Town Improvement Act 1922State Act of Punjab · Act 4 of 1922

The president of any municipal committee and the medical officer of health to whom a copy of a notice has been sent under clause (b) of subsection (2) of section 36 shall, within a period of sixty days from the receipt of the said copy, forward to the trust any representation which the municipal committee or the said medical officer of health may deem fit to make with regard to the scheme.
