Section 95: Authority for prosecutions

Punjab Town Improvement Act 1922State Act of Punjab · Act 4 of 1922

Unless otherwise expressly provided, no court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, except on the complaint of or upon information received from the trust or some person authorized by the trust by general or special order in this behalf.
