Total *As regards the type of agency, please indicate whether State Civil Supplies Corporation or other apex body, Cooperative Societies, Private Agency e.g.
wholesalers, Large Area Multi-purpose Cooperative Societies, Primary Agricultural Credit Societies or any other agency. In case more than one agency is making doorstep delivery in a district, same may also be indicated.
Note : The information shall be furnished within two weeks after the end of every quarter.”.
