Section 21

The Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2012State Act of Punjab · Act 2 of 2013

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything, which is done or intended to be done or order issued in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.

(2) Save as otherwise expressly provided under this Act, no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything done or intended to be done or order issued in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
