The j ncome derived by a Panchayat from the use · · and oc.cupation of land in Shamilat Deh vested 2 [ or deemed to have been vested] in it shall be utilized for the benefit of the inhabitants of the village, as laid down in the Punjab Gram Panchayat Act, 1952 and · for the improvement, maintenance and management of the Shamilat Deh.
