Section 9: Discipline, punishment and appeals

Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (Appointment Service Condiction of Employees) Regulations 2020State Regulations of Punjab · 2020

(1) In the matter of conduct, discipline, punishment and appeals, the employees will be governed by the Punjab Government Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1966 and the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment & Appeal) Rules, 1970, as amended from time to time.

(2) The Disciplinary Authority and Appellate Authority for employees are specified in Annexure 'C'.
