Section 36

The Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020State Act of Punjab · Act 2 of 2020

(1) The Authority may, with the previous approval of the Government make regulations for all or any of the matters provided under this Act which in the opinion of the Authority, are necessary for the exercise of its powers and the discharge of its functions under this Act.

(2) Pending the making of regulations by the Authority, the rules and procedures applicable to the Government Departments of the State shall be followed by the Authority for carrying out its functions.
