Section 21: Repeal and saving

Working Journalists and Other Newspaper Employees (Condition of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act,1955State Act of Punjab · Act 45 of 1955

(1) The Working Journalists and other Newspaper Employees (Condition of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment Ordinance), 1979 (30 of 1979) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
