Section 23: Production of medical certificate of fitness before resumption of duty

A working journalist who has availed himself of leave for reasons of health may, before he resumes duty, be required by his employer to produce a medical certificate of fitness from an authorized medical practitioner, or the medical officer who issued the medical certificate under sub-rule (2) of rule.]
