Section 6: Deductions from gratuity

Working Journalists (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Rules, 1957State Rules of Punjab · 1955

The gratuity will be subject to deductions on account of overpayments made to a working journalist by the newspaper establishment liable to pay such gratuity and moneys borrowed by the working journalist from such newspaper establishment.
