Section 18: Examination of women

The Workmen’s Compensation Rules, 1924State Rules of Punjab · 1923

(1) No women shall without her consent be medically examined by a male practitioner, save in the presence of another woman.

(2) No woman shall be required to be medically examined by a male practitioner if she deposits a sum sufficient to cover the expenses of examination by a female practitioner.
