Section 2: Definitions

The Workmen’s Compensation Rules, 1924State Rules of Punjab · 1923

In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context: -

(a) “the Act” means the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923;

(b) “form” means a form appended to these rules;

(c) “section’ means section of the Act.
