Section 33: Summoning of witnesses

The Workmen’s Compensation Rules, 1924State Rules of Punjab · 1923

If an application is presented by any party to the proceedings of the citation of witnesses, the Commissioner shall, on payment of the prescribed expenses and fees, issue summons, for the appearance of such witnesses, unless he considers that their appearance is not necessary for the just decision of the case.
