Section 53: Repeal

The Workmen’s Compensation Rules, 1924State Rules of Punjab · 1923

The Patiala and East Punjab State Union Workman’s Compensation Rules, 2006 B.K. are hereby repealed:

Provided that anything done or any action taken under rules so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.
