Section 4: Qualification for Chief Electrical Inspector

No person shall be appointed to be a Chi ef Electrical Inspector unless-

(a) he possesses a degree in electical engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institution; and

(b) he ha-s been regularly engaged for a period ofat least twenty years in the practice of electrical engineering of which not less than two years horrc haen cncnl in an elent#^al n' 'no^ha-i^rl c-^ine-*i-^ 'r,n-t:"h^-w,r6Liler '116 rr vr r\.r,r\,P or in qeneration or transmission or distrihrrtion of elecfricitv, or i!! the administration of the Act and rules thereunder, in a position of responsibility.
