Section 19: Printing and distribution of stamps by Trustee committee/Bar Council

Printing and distribution of stamps by [Trustee Committee/Bar Council].--(1) [Trustee Committee/Bar Council] shall cause to be printed and distributed Welfare Fund stamps of the value of [twenty five rupees] with the [Trustee Committee/Bar Council] emblem and its value [alongwith serial number] inscribed thereon.

(2) The stamps shall be of the size 1" X 2" and sold only to members of the Fund.

(3) The custody of the stamps shall be with the [Trustee Committee/Bar Council].

(4) The [Trustee Committee/Bar Council] shall control the distribution and sale of the stamps through Bar Associations.

(5) The [Trustee Committee/Bar Council] and the Bar Associations shall keep proper accounts of the stamps in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.

(6) The Bar Associations shall purchase the stamps from the [Trustee Committee/ Bar Council] after paying the value thereof less ten percent of such value towards incidental expenses.

[(7) The Stamp Vendor may also purchase stamps directly from the Bar Council/Trustee Committee on payment of the face value of the stamps less commission of 5 on such face value.]
