(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Agricultural Lands Utilisation Act, 1954. 1(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. *(3) It shall come into force in such area -and on such date, as .the State Government may, by notification in the 2Official gazette, specify from time to time.
