Section 30: Penalty for contravening provisions of section 25

The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961State Act of Rajasthan · Act 38 of 1961

If any officer or member of the market committee, when required to furnish information regard to the affairs or proceedings of the market committee under section 25 -

(a) Willfully neglects or refuses to furnish any information, or

(b) Willfully furnishes a false information, he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
