Section 3: Substitution of new section for 17, Rajasthan Act 38 of 1961

The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets (Amending and Validating Provisions) Act, 1965State Act of Rajasthan · Act 16 of 1965

For Section 17 of the principal Act, the following new section shall be substituted, namely

"17. Power to levy market fees.- The market committee may subject to the provisions of rules and subiect to such maxima as may be prescribed levy market fees on the agricultural produce bought and sold by the licensees in the Market."
