"5. Consent fees.- (1) Application under rule 4 shall be accompanied by the fee as specified in Schedule:
Provided that where a person who is establishing or carrying on any industry, operation or process and is generating hazardous waste as defined under the Hazardous Wastes (Management, Handling and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2008 and requiring authorization there under, the application for consent shall be accompanied with fee equal to one and halilimes of the amount of fee specified under schedule, other than the hazardous waste covered under category 5. I of Schedule I of the 2? A) -_ qrq + (.T) said rules of 2008, if the quantity of lvaste/ used/ spent oil is < 5 KL perannum.
(2) Where a person, intends to operate an industry. operation orprocess or any treatment and disposal system, apprication fo.

with anadditional fee of 50% of the fee as specified in Schedule.
(3) where a person makes an apprication for renewal of consent tooperate it shall be made at least four months prior to "*p,ry-of p"riod ofconsent to operate, failing -which th_e application shail te accompaniedwith an additionar fee of 5b% of the fee ai specified in Schedure.
(4) payment of .additional fee u, ,p."ifi",I i" J_;;i" i;) and (3)above, shall not preclude the Board to take appropriate action under theAct.
(5) For the srnail/ tiny scare industries under Green category andhaving investments upto rupees five crores, the acknowi"ag.."* by trreState Board, of the receipi of the eonsent to operate app"rication formduly filled up and accompanied by the specified fee shail serve thepurpose of consent and such.on."ni shall remain in force till such time,the unit modifies/ changes its process and or raw material and or productand or increases production.

(6). The quarry licenses/ srps (Shoft Term permits) upto one rrectare,the acknowledgement by lhe State Board, of the receipt o?1r,"'"onr"nt tooperate application form dulyfiiled up and accompanied by the specified lee shi]J serve the purpose of consent and such consent sharr remain inforce till s.u.ch- tlme, the, renewar of rease is due or production in"r"u.".,
Provided that such acknowredgement shalr be tuu;".iio "ompriancewith Environment Impact Assessment Notification dated r4.09.2006 issued by .the Ministry of Environmeint, Forest and crimate crrange, Government of India, as amended from time to time.
(7) where a project proponent inte'ds to obtain consent to establish or cqnsent to operate expeditiously and has submitted application formal^ong wilh all requisite documents and rras deposited doubre the arnount of the fee specified in Schedule and is uot a defaulter with tlr:: StateBoal{, the apprication shail be disposed off on ,..it *ii i, l,, ,""""working days of the receipt of applicaiion.
(8) The fee shall be paid through Demand Draft payabre in favour ofthe Member.s_ec1etary, Rajasthan slate poilution co'tror Board or in the manner specified by the State Board, frorn time to time.,,
