1. Short title and commencement.~(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2010.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazetie.

The fee for Hospital, Health Care Facility and Common Bio- Medical Waste Treatment & Disposal Facility shall be as per the Notification No. S.0. 344, dated 31/01/2002.
Provided that :- (0]
(i) all industries/ processes/ projects/ activities covered under the Environment Impact As: ssment Notification, 2006 shall also pay an extra amount of Rs. 15000/- as one time consent fee to establish in addition to the fee mentioned in the above Schedule. all industries/ processes/ projects/ activities generating hazardous wastes as defined under the Hazardous Waste (Management. Handling and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2008 and requiring authorization thereunder, the application for consent shall be accompanied with fee equal to one and half times of the amount of fee prescribed under Schedule 1V, other than the hazardous waste covered under category 5.1 of Schedule 1 of the Hazardous Waste (Managemeni, Handling and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2008, if the quantity of waste/ used/ spent oil is < 5 KL per annum.
Explanation:
(i) The concessional fee for consent to l\pcmte shall only be applicable for the period as specified in the schedule and no concessional fee is applicable for intervening period.

The fee for Hospital, Health Care Facility and Common Bio- Medical Waste Treatment & Disposal Facility shall be as per the Notification No. S.0. 344, dated 31/01/2002.
Provided that :-
(i)' all industries/ processes/ projects/ activitics covered under the Environment Impact Assessment Notification, 2006 shall also pay an extra amount of Rs 15000/- as one time consent fee to establish in addition to the fee mentioned in the above Schedule. 7
(ii) all industries/ processes/ projects/ activities generating hazardous wastes as defined under the Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2008 and requiring authorization thereunder, the application for consent shall be accompanied with fee equal to one and half times of the amount of fee prescribed under the Schedule, other than the hazardous waste covered under category 5.1 of Schedule 1 of the Hazardous Waste (Management, Handling and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2008, if the quantity of waste/ used/ spent oil is <5 KL per annum.
Explanation:
(i) The concessional fee for consent to operate shall only be applicable for the period as specified in the schedule and no concessional fee is applicable for intervening period.
