Section 17: Review

the Ajmer Development Authority Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2023State Rules of Rajasthan · 2013

(1) The Tribunal may on an application of the party to the appeal or on its own motion, review its own order or judgment.

(2) The Tribunal shall have the same powers as are vested in a civil court, in respect of hearing and disposal of review applications, under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act No. V of 1908).
